스마트캠퍼스 NHN 클라우드서비스 전환(전면 셧다운) 연기 안내
기존 4월 27일로 안내되었던 NHN 클라우드 이관 작업 일정을 중간고사기간을 고려하여 다음 일정으로 연기합니다.
안전한 데이터 이관 및 서버 동기화에 스마트캠퍼스 전면 셧다운이 필요하여 휴일을 포함한 일정으로 진행하려고 합니다.
1) 전면 셧다운 : 04.30.(목) 00:00 ~ 05.02.(토) 09:00 (57시간)
2) 개선사항
- 교수: commons2의 동영상을 스마트캠퍼스에 연동 시 [이러닝콘텐츠]로 등록하는 절차 없이, [commons]로 바로 연동 가능
- 학생: 스마트캠퍼스에 연동 된 동영상을 PC, 스마트폰에서에서 모두 수강 및 진도체크 가능
3) 협조사항
- 교수 및 학생: 셧다운 기간 중 스마트캠퍼스를 활용한 중간고사 또는 모든 학습활동 및 교수활동은 불가
- 교수: 5월 2일, 9시 이후 commons()로 일원화하여 동영상 업로드(학생의 스마트폰/PC로 모두 수강 가능)
* 이러닝콘텐츠()는 현재와 동일하게 모바일 수강 불가
4) 5월 2일, 9시 이전에 안정화 완료시 즉시 문자로 안내드리겠습니다.

Smart Campus NHN云服务转换（前端关闭）延迟通知
考虑到中期考试，先前已于4月27日宣布的NHN云传输时间表已推迟到下一个时间。
为了确保数据传输和服务器同步的安全，我们会在包含休息日的时间关闭 Smart Campus。
1) 关闭时间: 04.30.(周四) 00:00 ~ 05.02.(周六) 09:00 (57小时)
2) 改善项目
-教授：将视频从commons2链接到 Smart Campus时，您可以直接链接到[commons]，而无需注册为[e-learning content]。
-学生：学生可以在PC和移动设备上观看和查看Smart Campus的视频，并且都认证出勤。
3) 合作事宜
-在关闭期间，不允许使用Smart Campus进行期中考试或进行所有的学与教活动。
-教授，请在5月2日和9:00后用 commons()上传视频（您可以使用移动设备）。
* e-learning content() 不能在移动端使用
4) 在5月2日9:00之前确认稳定后，我们会立即通过短信通知您。
这是为了保证持续稳定系统的必然情况，请您谅解。

Postpone of SmartCampus NHN Cloud service switching (shut the entire SmartCampus system down)
The starting date for NHN Clould system switching construction is changed from 27th April to 30th April after considering the mid-term test.
To safe data transfer and server synchronization, the entire system shutdown is required. So we determined a schedule for the work including holidays.
1. The entire system shutdown schedule: 30th April 00:00~ 2nd May 09:00 (total 57hous)
2. Improvements
1) Professors: Professors are able to directly upload content in Commons2 to SmartCampus via "Commons" module
(don't need to use "E-learning content" more)
2) Students: Students are able to use both ways -PC and mobile to watch content loaded on the SmartCampus.
( Attendance and progress rates are possibly checking)
(Caution! Even if the construction is completed, the content loaded by "E-learning Content"() is still impossible to watch with mobile)
3. Required cooperation.
1) All learning activities, such as a mid-term test, report, and watching videos, using the SmartCampus are impossible during the construction term.
2) All professors should upload content through the "Commons" module () after the end of the construction (2nd May 09:00).
(Caution! Even if the construction is completed, the content loaded by E-learning Content() is still impossible to watch with mobile)
4. If we confirmed the system is stabilized earlier than the schedule, we will inform you of the renewal via text message.
Please understand that this decision is unavoidable for lasting system stabilization.
